Sell Lexmark @ $27.83

We are nervous about the market. LXK has been up and then down. With dividends, we are up 3% (we bought before it started paying a dividend) so we are taking our money off the table. LXK is still a cash cow and may be bought out someday. We may get back in if the market tanks and takes LXK with it.
