Onyx Software

ONXS got a "take-under" offer this morning for $4.57 a share in cash or $4.78 half cash half CDC (CHINA-NASDAQ). Shares up 10% to around $4.40. They need to get over $5.50 a share to make this worthwhile. Hold for now.
